CWM Capital Works framework

How it works

Who, what & how

Constructing West Midlands is managed by Acivico Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Birmingham City Council.  It provides a flexible, cost effective and OJEU compliant way to procure capital works, and can be accessed by public sector bodies, registered charities and third sector organisations operating in the West Midlands region.

Any organisation wishing to access the Constructing West Midlands framework can do so by entering into an Access Agreement without any obligation to place work through the framework. There are no membership fees to pay and instead, framework management costs are covered by a levy paid by the framework’s contractor partners.
