Interclass was appointed in early 2024 by Keele University through the CWM Framework to transform a three-storey building in Newcastle-Under-Lyme’s town centre into a new digital hub.
The works comprise the refurbishment of the existing three-storey building to provide a new mixed-use facility. The building will become a space where Staffordshire businesses and non-profit organisations can shine, along with areas for Keele University students and staff to get together, to study, and to connect with the community.
The new facility will be kitted out with modern working and meeting space and an eatery on the ground floor. The space will offer digital connectivity to the community, helping to drive productivity and boost skill levels in the area.
