- I have been involved in public sector frameworks for 10 years and my role as Framework Manager gives me responsibility for the delivery of our operations and projects carried out on the Constructing West Midlands framework.
- I oversee the pre-construction, construction and post occupancy phases of the projects with support from all parts of our company.
- My framework leadership instils collaboration and transparency to create a ‘one team’ focus on delivering framework success
I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the framework and I am the primary contact and liaison for CWM. I provide an immediate point of reassurance and escalation for clients and have authority to make operational decisions. I lead by example, instilling collaboration and transparency to create ‘one-team’ focussed on delivering project and framework success.
I provide CWM with monthly, quarterly and annual data. I use our Client Assurance Model to ensure we are meeting CWM’s expectations and public-sectors clients delivery requirements.
I am a Contracts Manager by training and I ensure consistency and high-service level in administration, marketing, representation, performance monitoring and development of the framework alongside CWM and other contractor partners.
