I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, starting my career with an apprenticeship in carpentry and have progressed through many roles in Operations, Planning and BID management.
I have also had the opportunity to work in many different sectors within the construction industry such as Retail, Commercial, Education, Health, Rail, Residential, Custodial, Leisure and Heritage.
My experience in these different roles and sectors have allowed me to develop a broad set of skills in project management, planning, delay analysis, contract negotiations, presentation, leadership, strategic thinking, and client satisfaction.
My current role as Operations Manager allows me ownership of projects from tender to completion leading the BID team on successful tenders and then ensuring these projects enter into contract, leading the Project Team through the life of the project to completion.
