As Framework and Partnership Manager at Speller Metcalfe I work with our, mostly public sector, client base and associated professionals to look at how we can support in the delivery of future estates and development projects. As an organisation Speller Metcalfe is firmly focused on collaboration – engaging early, building trust and working transparently. I look to emulate this approach in everything I do. I love the variety inherent in my role and the opportunity it affords me to interact with a really broad cross section of different people and businesses.
Frameworks are integral to our company – we recognise the significant value that good frameworks can add to the procurement and delivery process. We champion our framework partners and take a pro active and reciprocal stance in terms of driving framework based opportunity.
We like to raise the profile of the regional contracting market wherever possible. We are vocal and open in our opinions and have contributed to both the Construction Playbook and Constructing the Gold Standard. We are seeing some really positive change in the construction industry around key and complex areas like risk management – however there is much more to be done and we will continue to champion this.
