I feel lucky to be working in a role where I can help people and make a positive impact on their lives and future. I work with social value contract partners and local businesses of all sizes to increase their understanding of social value and give them the knowledge, confidence, and support to enable them to deliver impactful outcomes. I like to celebrate success but also to reflect and find ways to be more efficient and improve.
