Office Interior Refurbishment at Rolls Royce

Client Brief

Rolls Royce required a fast track fit-out of new office space within an existing office complex to their ‘Global Accommodation Standard’. The 13,000 sq ft open plan space needed glass partitioning, meeting rooms, individual study rooms, a server room and modern kitchen, all incorporating the latest technology.

Our commercial team worked with Rolls Royce to develop a guaranteed maximum price cost model. Early involvement with the client and working under an NEC contract enabled us to collaborate on value engineering exercises during the design stage, targeting waste and reducing expenditure. The construction phase involved reconfiguring the internal layout and installing new full height glass and stud partitions. New ceilings, heating and cooling systems and ICT installations were installed before high end finishes including brushed stainless steel furniture and bespoke joinery were layed throughout, for immediate occupation by the client.
