In the last three years, we have built more than 1,365 new homes through a mixture of tenures, including housing for sale, shared ownership and market rent.

Whether it’s painting, structural alterations, refurbishments or extensions, our highly-skilled specialists complete every project to the very best standards in live environments and under tight time constraints.
Maintaining places
We’re here to help design, supply, install, test, and commission state-of-the-art solutions to help maintain your properties. We deliver bespoke and cost-effective products, as well as planned and reactive maintenance.
People make places
We’re a family business, and the success of our projects is down to the dedicated teams. We put huge emphasis on protecting the whole person, including both physical and mental health, and dedicate significant resource to ongoing training for our dedicated workforce. Based in Bolton, we take our responsibility for giving back to the community seriously, and taking part in fundraising activity is part of our core role as a business. In fact, we raised over £22k for charity in 2019 alone.
