About Willmott Dixon
Willmott Dixon is a privately-owned contracting and interior fit-out group. Founded in 1852, we are dedicated to leaving a positive legacy in our communities and environment and in 2018 were one of only six companies to receive a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the promoting opportunity through social mobility category. Our purpose is to deliver brilliant buildings, transform lives, strengthen communities and enhance the environment so our world is fit for future generations.
We work collaboratively with our partners and customers to find solutions, acting as a trusted advisor, and pride ourselves on being a straightforward business to work with. We offer our customers sustainable and innovative solutions, whilst ensuring they remain affordable and value for money.
With our appointment to the new CWM Framework, we build on an established relationship with local authorities, as we have been an active partner for over nine years. In the past three years alone, we’ve delivered CWM projects worth over £100m; with £80m also on site and £20m in preconstruction. Projects vary from £5m-£50m, from large-scale public realm, to sports hubs and housing schemes.
Our team is based locally – we are fully committed to CWM being for local people, delivered by local people. We fully understand the region and its needs and have had a base in the Midlands for 35+yrs. We are committed to providing employment and training opportunities for the most disadvantaged members in the region.
We have been Carbon Neutral for seven years and recently outlined our Net Zero Carbon ambitions in our Now or Never Sustainability Strategy.
Using local labour products is central to our offering. Schemes will have 80% of labour and products from the West Midlands. 85% of our supply-chain delivered work will be through West Midlands-based SMEs and we will use social enterprises on every scheme.Visit partner website
