Our Repair and Maintenance framework

The Constructing West Midlands Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Framework is a fully OJEU-compliant, publicly owned and managed framework.

Established to deliver significant cost and time savings in the procurement of repair, maintenance and refurbishment projects across the West Midlands region, the framework is a collaboration between Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Acivico Limited which is wholly owned by Birmingham City Council.

The framework is a ready-made vehicle for repair and maintenance works.
